OWNER

Katie has over 18 years experience in HR, People and Talent acquisition having worked establishing culture and people operations as a Chief People Officer in growing businesses in the city.

When her son was born she was introduced to the nanny agency landscape and was amazed at how little support agencies were giving people. Not just in finding good childcare but also the lack of any ongoing support for families and nannies. Entering into an employment relationship can be hard to navigate.

Katie is determined to do things better by bringing her corporate experience to the childcare market.

NANNY CONSULTANT

Anni has been a nanny since moving to the UK in 2014 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Business at the Idaho State University as a foreign student. Ann-Kathrin has extensive experience working with various families. Her firsthand experience as a nanny has fueled her passion for connecting the right families with the right nannies. She recognises the significance of finding the perfect match, not only for the parents but most importantly, for the children, who remain the top priority.

Anni is part of the in office team supporting the growth of our candidate community.

NANNY CONSULTANT

Scarlett is a former experienced nanny whose hands-on work with families has given her invaluable insight into early childhood development.

Her experience in both private homes and school settings has shaped her approach as a Nanny Consultant, allowing her to provide tailored support to both families and nannies. Passionate about making the right connections, she is dedicated to ensuring successful, long-term placements. Scarlett is delighted to be part of the Arthur’s House team.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Romilly is part of the team at Arthur’s House, supporting the team alongside her studies at the University of Exeter. Having grown up in several different countries, she has always had an international outlook and a love for meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds.

She has also gained first-hand experience working with families through her time as an au pair in Paris. This gave her a great insight into family life and the importance of finding the right fit between families and childcare professionals. She is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to Arthur’s House and to be part of a team that connects wonderful families with brilliant nannies.

BRAND AMBASSADOR & MATERNITY CONSULTANT

Prue is a Norland-trained nanny with 13 years of experience, born in Somerset and gradually relocating to Berkshire, where she lives with her husband, young son, and dog.

After many years working closely with families, she now aims to support them on a wider scale, helping them prepare for and navigate one of the most important times in their lives. She understands that there are often many questions, and that advice can vary, which doesn’t always lead to the right fit for every family.

Having cared for numerous parents and children over the years, she is passionate about making a meaningful difference to each family she works with. We’re delighted to have Pure on board as one of our clients’ go to for maternity consults as well as having her on board as a brand ambassador.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Kristy has worked in the childcare industry for over 17 years as a recruitment agency owner, nanny, sleep trainer, teacher and more recently a maternity nurse which she still does.

She has acquired various qualifications in the childcare sector including a level 5 certificate in Early Childhood Education, a level 3 certificate in maternity nursing and some training in baby massage. She has worked for many high profile and high net worth families which fortunately has seen her travel extensively for work and allowed her to create a great network of clients and nannies in London and globally which makes her a great asset to Arthur’s House .

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Giorgia is part of our Ambassador team.

She has been a professional and engaging nanny for many years and has worked in hybrid roles involving PA duties. She has also worked in nurseries and crèche in different countries and is now expanding her experience by working as a governess/PA.

She believes that having an open and honest communication between the parents/carers and the nanny is the main ingredient for a successful employment relationship. Working with Arthur’s House to connect families and nannies is something she feels passionate about.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Sophia has over 10 years’ experience as a professional nanny, working with children from infancy through to school age. She has cared for families in London and abroad, often taking on sole charge roles and travel positions where organisation, flexibility, and initiative are essential.

Alongside her nanny career, she worked in Marketing & Communications for several years, gaining skills in project management and communication that complement her childcare practice. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, bringing an international perspective to her work.

Passionate about creating nurturing environments and building strong relationships with families, Sophia is delighted to be part of Arthur’s House, helping connect families with outstanding nannies.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Ellie was the first Brand Ambassador to join the team at Arthur’s House. Having qualified from Norland College in 2019, she has since been working as a Nanny, Maternity Nurse and Sleep Consultant. She has gained great experience working with a number of families over the years and is best placed to grow our network of brilliant nannies and clients as she’s out ‘in the field’ on a daily basis.

Liz

has 18 years’ experience as a professional nanny, caring for children from newborns through to teenagers. She enjoys supporting children at every stage of their development, creating a warm, fun and nurturing environment where they feel safe and confident.

Over the years, she has built lasting relationships with the families she has worked with, many of whom she remains in close contact with today. Alongside nannying, she teaches Swedish to children at a Saturday school, sharing her language and culture with the next generation.

As an Arthur’s House Ambassador, she is excited to share her experience, support fellow nannies and champion the importance of high-quality childcare.
